For the application process, please note:

• If you would like to join QBANK but are under the age of 13, please contact us on 13 77 28.
• You must be an Australian resident for tax purposes.
• We will require either an Australian driver licence or Australian passport.
• We will verify your identity electronically through a third-party provider.
• The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
• For joint accounts, each applicant will need to participate in the process and provide appropriate identification.
