For the application process, please note:

• If you are wanting to join QBANK but are under the age of 18, please contact us on 13 77 28
• You must be an Australian resident for tax purposes
• We will require either an Australian driver licence, Australian passport or Medicare card for verification purposes
• The application will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete
• For joint accounts, each applicant will need to participate in the process and provide appropriate identification

If your application is successful, your QBANK account will open immediately. However, for security purposes you will not be able to transact on your account until we finalise the verification of your identity. We will contact you within 1 business day to verify your details.
